Email Communications Policy
How CodexDeus may use email for direct responses, lifecycle communications, educational updates, and support.

Transactional Emails
CodexDeus may send direct response or transactional emails related to inquiries, support, research discussions, partnerships, product access, security, or administrative matters.
These emails are not primarily promotional and may be necessary to respond to a request or operate a relationship.
Lifecycle and Educational Emails
If you request updates, join a waitlist, or begin a product or research conversation, CodexDeus may send relevant lifecycle or educational emails about AI research, LLM systems, coding agents, or product availability.
Marketing or educational email can be opted out of by using an unsubscribe link when available or emailing david@codexdeus.com.

Please do not send sensitive secrets, API keys, passwords, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party information unless CodexDeus has agreed in writing to receive it through a secure process.
