A public recruiting site plus a private ProEdge operating portal for referral reps and admins.

Pro Players Business needed more than a website. The public site explains the opportunity and collects applicants. Behind it, ProEdge gives approved reps and admins a real system for managing people, businesses, referrals, pipeline activity, approvals, team leads, verticals, interest letters, and reporting.

  • Built as a two-app Next.js monorepo: one public marketing site and one private ProEdge portal.
  • Marketing site includes Home, About Us, Referral Program, How It Works, Verticals, FAQs, Get Started, Terms, Privacy, Communications, application form, favicon, footer links, and ProEdge login paths.
  • ProEdge uses Firebase Auth for login and Supabase/Postgres for real backend data instead of mock data.
  • Role-based access separates what reps can manage from what admins can review, approve, and report on.
  • Operational tables cover profiles, businesses/accounts, pipeline stages, reps, tiers, team leads, verticals, interest letters, payroll-style stats, and admin review workflows.
